How do I place order?
Please email your order to sale-ggfun@hotmail.com with the following information:
your name + contact number + mailing/delivery address + product code + quantity + mode of payment + mode of delivery

We will process your order and send you a confirmation email that the item has been reserved for you.

For enquiry, please email to the same address as well.

Payment
We accept Local Bank Transfer for POSB/OCBC Fairprice Plus accounts. If you do not have these bank accounts, Cash on Delivery will be accepted.

Payment is expected within 2 workding days once you receive our order confirmation.

Delivery Direct
We deliver to most parts of Singapore except the following:
Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport transit lounges, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, Ministry of Defence COMCEN, military camp sites, other offshore islands, PSA Terminal/Wharves, and Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre.

The item(s) would be delivered to 1 single location only. Date and time will be agreed upon before delivery. Delivery charge is $5 per delivery regardless the number of items you purchased.

As most of our bags are bigger than A4 size, we recommend the bags to be delivered to your doorstep directly, so that you will receive it in its original condition. However, if you prefer to receive it by post, there could be $1 handling fee (if the bag required lots of care) + local postage charges based on weight. For registered mail, additional $2.24 will be added.

Postage Charges
For items (jewellery, clothing etc) that could be delivered by mail, local postage charges by weight apply. Please add $2.24 for registered mail. Item would be posted on the next working day upon receipt of payment.
